Ruth Gordine works full time and will often pick up other shifts, if needed. Ruth has just been awarded Care Worker of the Month for April, for our Essex Branch. Asked her why she continues to work so hard she said "I really enjoy the job and being there for the service users, it makes my day seeing them happy, plus it keeps me busy!". Ruth never complains, never goes sick and is always willing to pick up extra calls. She is also our longest serving member of staff and she is 73 years young. This means she is older than some of our service user!!!!
