Michelle Degutis has been awarded Care Worker of the Month, for March, for our Leighton Buzzard branch. Asked why she continues to work so hard she said "I really enjoy working and helping to keep people independent in their own homes. I enjoy working as a team member and within a friendly atmosphere. The job satisfaction makes it rewarding".

Michelle started work in November 2008 and was new to the care industry. She has a good natural ability which has enabled her to become such a good care worker. Michelle is due to start her NQ 2 and has completed many training courses associated to her role.
