Caroline Ferguson has been awarded Care Worker of the Month, for Home Choice Care Ltd, Sheffield. Asked why she continues to work so hard she said "I have been a care worker for 11 years and get a great deal of satisfaction in helping other people on a daily basis and putting a smile on their faces. I love working for Home Choice Care knowing that I am appreciated and supported. It's such a worthwhile job to do with great prospects".
Caroline joined the company in 2001 and has three children. During the heavy snow fall last month, Caroline walked 3 miles to get her children to the childminders, and then went on to make all her calls, not missing one! She is a very dedicated and caring individual that wanted to make sure her clients received their care call! Well done Caroline for all your hard work and effort.
